「One Ends, Another Begins」Extra 02: Serenity

PAIRING: Lan WangJi x Wei WuXian
RATING: R18
NOTE: An aftercare plot-fill scene.

Wei WuXian fell asleep pretty quickly. With his head propped on Lan WangJi’s lap, he groaned ever so sporadically as Lan WangJi continued to massage him on his temples, soothing the hangover from his overdose of liquor from earlier. Once Wei WuXian’s breathing returned to one of tranquil, Lan WangJi stopped his rubbing, knowing that Wei WuXian had fallen deeply asleep. Wei WuXian wasn’t one to wake easily once he’s asleep. SUMMARY:

Being back in Yunmeng, Wei WuXian unravels a tangled knot between himself and a long-lost friend and finding himself opening up a new path to tie his knot with another long-lost friend.

Home is not a place; it’s the people — and the heart.

“JingYi, behind you! Don’t keep your eyes on the front only!”

“How many pairs of eyes do you think I have?!”

Spinning Chen Qing with his hand, Wei WuXian sat on a tree, back leaning against the trunk with his legs crossed as he let out a tawdry laughter. His comments came off as being way too off-the-cuff to the rest as he watched the younger disciples grapple an eight-legged spider, a night-hunt victim which had them traveling all the way to the edge of Yunmeng’s district. Wei WuXian wasn’t at all concerned about the case when he first heard about it from Lan SiZhui and Lan JingYi, right before the pair was about to head out earlier in the morning.
